Gain followers

hi, i have followliker for a month soon and havent gained lots of followers, around 70... i set my followliker as i want it to run, but dosent get much of it..

Can you guys give me tips and tricks how to gain more followers? Like what to thing about, what to write in bio, how i get out to people much more so thet see me and want to follow? And so on, i am new to start a ”instagram company” as you see. What do you guys suggest, i mean lots of you have more expirians for this then what i have. Please help my out, and dont forget to be kind.

My nisch is a fitness information ”guide” more in detail, how to train, whats happening and so on.

There can be two reasons -
1. Follow blocks
2. Bad settings
Adding some images of your settings will be helpful for you. Did you warm up the accounts ?

And what is good settings for you?

You should focus primarily on posting a lot of good images and make use of the tags feature.

Instgram blocks you from following users for some time.

The temp blocks are still actual....have changed account, proxy,,But stll the same problem...What you think can prevent it ?

Follow other big ones, comment to them and use common hashtags! This is a very good start.

Which bot are you using ? Try stopping all activity for one or two days.

I am using Mp....I have tried even to test with one of my accounts, have turned off all actions for a week , but still after I have turned it ON back - still faces temp blocks

I lowered my settings:
like: 5 a day, it actually started to work - before didn't
follow: 3-5 a day, also working on second account - before didn't
considering this as a warm-up, even I have 1st acc like for 3 years and it has quality content
