GA4 has different modes?

I have two site set up in GA4 but the layout and metrics I see for each site are different...

In site 1, page title is non hoverable, and main metric for Traffic overview is Users

In site 2, page title is hoverable, and main metric for Traffic overview is Active Users

Why is there this difference? What am I missing?

The difference might be due to varying GA4 configurations or user permissions. Check the settings in both GA4 properties to ensure they’re set up similarly, and review the default metrics and customization applied to each site.

I tried to search the dashboard as shown in your screenshot, but I couldn't find it. My dashboard is like in my screenshort.
