Hi,
I created a new project, just url+anchor (for the test), right click on the project - modify - import urls - imported 250 urls - started the gsa.
I should expected to get 250 backlinks submitted and then the gsa to get stopped... but no...now I have +300 urls submitted

What I did wrong?

Could be any number of things - Most likely you've got one of the settings checked that will make it post to the same domain multiple times, or it could be that (for whatever reason) it decided to create multiple accounts on the same site.
