I have a client who has a volusion ecommerce site just went live and we added google analytics tracking code to check the analytics stuff (sessions, pageviews, locations, etc). One thing I've noticed is that the Age and Gender demographics is not working.
The demographics and interest reports is already enabled. I already updated the tracking code, tried both universal and classic codes and still won't make it work.
I already added the UA of the analytics to the volusion page.
Anyone has experienced this?
