Hey guys i sold some games on g2a and i read that i need to wait 14 days untill payout. I made a ticket to their support 4+ days ago with this question and i'm still waiting.

After 14 days the funds will be available for withdtraw. Does someone know if they will ask any other documents proofs or the withdraw will get through directly
