Hi,

I'm Dutch, and I use for web2.0 properties and sometimes my own websites, English content that I translate to Dutch with babelfish from yahoo or mostly g00gle translate. Can they see this?

I copy the content in Word, remove all footprints as links etc. I make all bold and italic text normal. I change paragraphs, but I don't spin it (there's no Dutch spinner)

Do you guys think they will see this? So far I'm ranking these articles without penalties or something. It's a pretty fast way to get unique content and a lot of it.

Someone?

Seems too easy to do, so will probably be noticed eventually. If not now, in the future.

Maybe put it in google translate and use the alternate suggestions they offer for some phrases in each paragraph. Will take up an extra minute of your time but will make it less noticeable.

Ok, I'll stop using it then. I've got to say that I edit the text so it's perfectly readable and without spelling and grammar mistakes.

You shouldn't worry about this. I have used this technique and it works well. Just if you are using the content for your main website try to correct logical and grammatical mistakes so that readers could at least read it properly.
