G00gle vs. Yah00

Just curious from your experience who is better at customer support G00gle or Yah00? I think Y. Doesn't matter what kind of questions I had about Y stores, php scripting on their eCommerce platform (which sucks big time btw), YPN, spam ratting (yeah, I do that to other spammers when I compete with white hat sites), Y always gave me a professional response within 24 hrs.

G gave me professional response saying that they banned me.... within 24hrs too
