We manage sites for several brands, each with various G Analytics accounts. For our efficiency, we made a single account admins in each of the individual GA accounts. Now we want to use SiteKit on WordPress sites.

We otherwise keep these sites separate. For reasons. It is possible that G search would recognize these unique accounts all associated with a single analytics account and rank only one of them?

I don't think it will be a problem, but don't quote me on this as I have no proof :p

But if those "several brands" are operating in different niches and you don't inter-link them together I believe even more that the sites will rank just fine...
 
I think It's not a problem, you can use multiple sites on same account. it won't affect on the rankings.

highly doubt that will flag up G
 
I agree with the others - you should not have a problem with this scenario IF your websites are in different niches. Otherwise I am not sure.
