If i were going to lie and rip people off, i would say i have a kid, so people would think twice about taking actions against me, and hurting my fake child by taking food off of our table, just saying, i know drug dealers who have lied about having kids.
 
Is it possible to pool together and have some one represent you? Not sure if I remember correctly but I think if the amount totals 10,000 it's a federal crime. Perhaps you guys can get him there.

Sure anything is possible, yet you're going to need to prove it was actually "him" (Alan toaca) behind the computer screen ;)

That's kinda hard to prove in the "court of law" unless you have footage of him sitting in front of the computer scamming you live lol.. As far as I know.. all the payments went to a "Matthew Farrell" yet you're trying to sue a "Alan toaca"

you guys need to "think" about this 1 some more.. You guys are idiots and the best thing you can do is try and find him in 1) real life and 2 ) call his mom

Your right , I should be posting this on a hacking fourm . The authoriies are not on this fourm, don't you think that I would be arrested by now. I don't want rep, I want vegenace (BTW, port 10000 is open, don't know whats that for)

Ugh... port 10,000 is the TCP/UDP port, just so you know.
 
Could I just make a suggestion, that in future if you decide for whatever reason to make a person a Mod or super-mod or bascially any position with more previliges than a "normal" user l(like me for example), that you could demand some things from them first.

Like a passport scan and a utility bill, and or make sure he or she is shadowed (work checked etc)for a few weeks until the trust is earned.

That guy scammed me and a bunch of others on DP about a year ago. And of course paypal doesn't give a sh!t and let him get away with it.
