G plusone issue

I am having same problem. Webmater tools is showing many +1s yet my count is frozen for months. They are all legit +1s i have via my visitors.

Which browser are you guys using i am hoping this could be the problem with the browsers.

It is not about browser or wherever you visit. I ofc deleted everything with browser and tried. I also tried from 3 different countries and same. My values are frozen. Sometimes they get 1 2 above and then returns again the value it has been for months.
And there is huge difference not small.
