We all know G uses numbers of visitors and their behavior as ranking factor, bu since they own half the internet at least I was expecting they already have all information they need for my website visitors.
But I was wrong couple days ago I install G analytics for first time on my website first it drop down little bit as always do, but today i notice big jump I see for first time.
That's something like 300% increase compare to previous day, and this is not related to some new KW's trend that rank on.
Most of KWs i compete on still the same, the difference my position got better on every single one.

So you think installing Google analytics made you have better search rankings?

Yep

Any changes in your website’s traffic have nothing to do with Google Analytics.
I had being doing this for years now, it's not first time I had sudden jump on my website traffic using one of G monitoring tools.
This is not traffic factor, rather than trust factor, if people rusted your website, continue visiting it multiple times,
G will consider it as a big trust sign.

Correlation never equals causation.

I’ve used analytics since 2011. It does not cause better rankings. I’ve watched my traffic go up and I’ve watched my traffic go way down in analytics through different Google updates.

I’m still using analytics and can say for certain that it does not improve rankings. It’s for analytics that you can use to improve user experience. It can be used for a lot of things. But instant search engine ranking improvements is not one of them.

There could be some other reason as we can see another spike recently. Just wait and see to confirm that the traffic spike sustains and it's not a one-time spike due to weekend or online trends.

Alright after almost month of dancing the website got it new peak started yesterday, and it was not just new trend,
But many of my old pages (some are 2 years old), start appearing on the first page.
This is strong sign from G for domain Authority increase, I have around 300 pages now appears on the SERP at least once,
I did not do much of B-L build last month only very few high Authority website comment links,
I expected this jump to increase in couple weeks as G testing bounce rate, and users interaction with my site.

I can say that I see the same. On my adult network, I never installed Google Analytics before, but when I did, my traffic started going up and up. It’s possible that Google uses this data to see how visitors interact with the website—if they stay, if they like what they see, etc. I’ve noticed this on two websites where I added Google Analytics. From that moment, the overall traffic kept increasing, while before it was almost flat. The growth wasn’t very fast in just a few days, but I could clearly see the improvement over a few weeks.

In fact I think G love to spy on webmasters, they want as much info about you as much they could have, so in case you did something wrong they'll will punch you really hard,
So add as much G related services to your site as much you could, so their bot/algorithms be happy about you.

This kind of Jump usually happens when engagement metrics start looking strong.
