G analytics or not?

I've used G analytics on almost all of my sites. Need to try some without it and see for myself if "don't feed google information thru analytics" talk makes some sense.

Why would i want to give the big evil G access to MY site data? Hell no, i use Piwik.
+4 for Piwik.

I don't think using 3rd party tracking tool is a good idea. I don't like this at all. And I think the big G also hate this thing.

lol @ you guys who think google doesn't know what you're doing...take analytics off of your site and then slap a 10k link xrumer blast on it. why would your rankings change? lol once a site is in their index, then they know what's going on. so if you want to "avoid" google, the only way is to not have your site indexed.
