I had 30 adwrd accounts all suspended today

Each account had 80 worth of advertising in it


What is the safest way to avoid this again??? I was using 5 different cc numbrs and rotating them on each acct.

Should I be using proxies for each?

Can anyone provide me with Adwrd accts already loaded? I need 50-100 every month!!!
