This is my SEO conspiracy guide/information pack. This is called this because much like all conspiracies they can be argued. If you?re not happy with this then w/e lol. I have ran all these tests over and over again until I was sure the SEO results could be replicated. Some of this stuff is widely known and some not at all, so take what you want out of it and hopefully it will help you in your Seo endeavors. All of the information below is based on Google?s Search System. (I?m currently working on the same in Yahoo and Bing but that information will not be released today)

    Let?s Get into it!!

In terms of SEO you will need to know that the algorithm changes with the niche. For example the same search algorithm used for mortgage niches is not used on an electronics niche. They may have some similarities but the algorithm is split differently. This is the very reason some ridiculous SEO methods work for one site and have the reverse effect on another.

A few static SEO items that are applied to all sites are:

-Object load times (Compress your images, Load Java header/footer, USE CNS, Cache plugins, ETC)

Speed is a constant regulation in all realms of SEO and needs to be looked at and not neglected.

How to check your speed and individual object load time?

Another big thing here is backlinks and let me tell you that 90% of you still neglect the quality over quantity rule. Not only that but you are putting up ridiculous unnatural numbers. How does one know how many backlinks is safe? Well they are niche related as well but below you will get a good idea.

You need to look at Traffic vs Possible Links posted. If your site is getting 10 hits a day but then you are making 100 backlinks to your site then your natural claim would be 100% of your traffic went from your site and posted 10 backlinks each or 1 guy made 100? This is RIDICOULUS lol . So how to you bypass this? Well for one stop using google analytics and webmaster. If google does not know the amount of traffic then for sure all they can do is speculate. ( more on their speculation tactics later as it?s niche based)

When using proxies for backlinks DO NOT USE PUBLIC PROXIES. Why? Because we all use them and 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] 99% of them are foreign. If you run a native site in English and have 10,000 links that are all from foreign Ip addresses you?re going to raise flags. ( Proxy link spam works best on videos as they are more viral and can be world wide) this also goes back to if you?re a new site blasting even 100 links a day you need to make sure your PROXIES ARE LOCAL to your country. What sense would it make for ?BOB?s Tire Repair? in Sandiego, Califorinia to have 10,000 backlinks from Russian Ip addresses? It doesn?t.

    Visitors compared to backlinks

-Formula for backlinks: visitors on site for more then 30 seconds x .10 = How many Daily backlinks should be created by you. This mean that you will build one link for every ten people that stay on your site for 30 seconds. You will also use IP?s from similar locations of your REAL visitors. Check your analytics for this data. (NoT GA, use statcounter or something else)

On Page link building is a crazy topic but I have noticed some strange rank movement based on WHERE the link is on page. Google?s algorithm has a scheme where they measure the amount of keywords between links. Before and After the link as well. For example they know that if 3 links are all together that most likely it will show at the bottom of the page compared to three links with 50-100 words of content between them showing diversity within the article. (they have this measurement for many niches, I have seen that ? in article links? spread throughout the content work best compared to multiple links in the author section or at the end of content for Health related niches)

-Check your competitors for their on page link separation. See how many words of content they have between links. (Make sure your competitor is not only ranked 1[SUP]st[/SUP] for your search term but they have constantly been there as some sites can blackhat their way into position one for a few weeks and are bad to use for comparisons)

-DO NOT USE GMAIL FOR ANYTHING RELATED TO SEO. They will know and you will get tagged. (being tagged is not all bad necessarily but it makes it hard for you to claim something as an accidental SEO mistake compared to a direct attack on the search engine should google kick your site and you need to resubmit. ( There is a point system for everything google does)

-Use private browsing whenever you can. Google may not HUMAN read your e-mail but they do know about the ads that show up. I will give you an example, 90% of people on BHW can probably agree that when they see ads from adsense it?s recently been for ?link Doctor? Well google doesn?t need to read your G-mail to see you blackhat habits they just need to check their own ad algorithm to know that your computer/account is connected to SEO tactics. GET RID OF COOKIES

-Google changes it?s ranks daily and injects your search keywords hourly. Unless you are already dominating they bounce your keywords around in the search. It?s one of the reasons google is using encrypted search. If your search term is ?Blue widgets? it may show up in greenwidgets then for pink widgets and in different order and depending on the CTR this shows Google the content relevancy. This is sometimes why your sites ranks for obscure things. Example I have a site that ranks for the term ?Pictures of red blood cells? My site has no page or post relating to such keyword however it is health related and after going back through my site I found a post talking about a person suffering from some disease and how their White blood count was low. Below will explain to you why I do not want that traffic.

-Google only allows you to rank for so many keywords per a page/post and per a site. This is also niche based. (This excludes blackhat techniques that will eventually get you popped by the google police for ranking one page with thousands of terms) but in the eyes of natural rankings you are naturally limited to a certain amount of keywords. This is based on the Numbers of pages/posts, Paragraphs of content, total Words in content, keyword diversity and the actual keyword. (Right now I have only worked this formula out for health niches and a few smaller electronic niches.) The point being is once you found that you got ranked for a non lucrative search term CHANGE the content.

-Google analytics is used by Blackhatworld----- They know who we are do not forget that. However that doesn?t mean we are all blackhatters or that they hate us. Just be conscious because they SCRAPE data and can easily tie us to what we do. Check the sites you use for GA it is something you should be aware of. (-if there is one site manually reviewed on a daily basis it is one looking for the next BIG Manipulation of google and you better believe it?s human monitored so take everything you learn here with a grain of salt)

-With all the things google put?s into its algorithm it does not make themselves immune. This is the reason you do not see google employees owning the top search for every term. They follow their own rules but can manipulate them and force your site to do whatever they want. You may think google can just kick you out for no reason and just because they feel like it.. Well they need a reason that has to be confined within the limits of the algorithm and will force it on you should they want you gone. If google wants you gone they can do things like increase your bounce rate which sets off a change algorithm and can change your rank. (the point of me tell you this is that your niche algorithm doesn?t change and if you get kicked you can normally find out what the cause is and decide if it is fixable or your site is slapped for good thus preventing you from wasting time on trying to fix something they are not going to let you repair.)

-Google works on an "AWARD MORE and Penalize less" system to prevent negative seo. As in award this site for having better seo then another who tried manipulating. If you are think your site got slapped it obviously means another site moved up however in your niche when if you get slapped your nearest competitor at the moment before being slapped will get a nice push. It?s an award for the site above you doing good when you could be doing bad and makes it harder for you to beat them out next time. Why is this important?>? Well depending on how you look at it you can lock your position in a little bit. I have purposely made duplicate niche sites to get one banned and have seen it bump up the other. (black hat is not always dark but it?s normally thinking outside the box 99% of the time)

    - When using free/private blog articles link back to your site?s larger articles never have a larger article link to a small one on your money site. A larger article in the algorithm tying back to a smaller comes off as a REVIEW. A review is a judgment and depending on the authority it can actually do you no good and loose juice for that purpose.

-USE NO follow links! YES, USE THEM! ?No-follows help webpages get indexed and stay indexed. There is something called INDEX STRENGETH it?s the counter force applied when a page comes in direct attack for being de-indexed.

-In regards to On Page in article links, sentences with links need to be at least 8 words as it triggers a flag suggesting spam (it looks spammy to the algorithm and counts as a docked point.)

-Stop BUYING social signals from unknown sources. Why? -my friend runs a political website for a big Politician where he gets paid for followers and maintenance (I asked him why doesn?t he just buy likes he said because that have programs that know if a person is real or not and it is 98% accurate.) This being said about a local politician think about what Google has the ability to see.. Besides that who's going to believe there are 400 guys named Abdul following a website that's based out of the USA. L The main benefit for social signals is to show other people comfort.. It puts in their mind a trusting level. ?As in 50 people liked something maybe I WOULD TOO.?

-Comment backlinking is not dead but it can kill your site! Make sure your comment is unique, throw it in google around quotes and if anything pops up SCRATCH IT

-(This is dirty but worth it) On the Reverse when you get hit with a really good comment on your own site take the unique ones and change the site/url posted to one of your own (generally a Tier one web 2.0 of yours) This will cycle some juice and make your site look good In the eyes of G, PLUS it will be on someone elses IP address. J ( In wordpress you do this under the QUICK edit option as it will keep the IP the same)

-Author tags. Make sure they are visible so that if you are running a site G knows you are contributing and responding to users. (use multiple tags) In other words it makes it look like you are communicating and responding to users questions and comments thus making a page look active beyond just drip feeding article content.

-Depending on your niche there are different algorithms and you gotta believe that if there is 250-2000 variables in that algorithm and you can only think of 20-50 seo items, that you?re only covering 10% of that algorithm. Now yeah those 20+ items maybe 80% of the power behind the search ranking but what if you could get that extra 20%? This would most likely set you apart from your competition and this is how you dominate big niches and strong keywords.

-Use Googles ?ADSENSE for SEARCH? for indexing ( Meaning on any page of your site add the Google search box and make sure the settings in adsense are only show search results from your urls) this allows you to put in specific urls for search functions forcing google to recognize all pages. This was written strange but go to your adsense account click ?adsense for search? then check the box for ?in specific urls only? and add every page of yours.

-Keep track of your competitors ranking so you know when they run campaigns and can run yours around the same time. Really check there rankings and not just their home page but inner pages as the JUICE flows.

-Surprisingly overlooked and a constant in SEO is the SIZE of your text. Google knows which fonts and sizes of those fonts are easily readable. After all it is about making things easy for you traffic. You will get docked for having hard to read text. (this also goes for horrible color schemes that make it hard to navigate)

-Google evaluates on page text as a whole THEN as direct data (it throws out little filler words then compares it to the actual keywords. Then compares your articles main keyword to what?s left and how it relates to the specific words it kept. (Confused? Here?s an example)

If your keyword was ?Red Bunny? Your article: ?The big red bunny ran down the mountain into the grass.?
What google will read in it?s direct data stage ? Big Red Bunny Mountain Grass? Then it would compare the two. And give you a credit of 5 valuable words. In then goes back and checks these 5 valuable words to the whole article. (Filler words basically get thrown out and if your 500 word article is down to 10 power words it knows the article may be inflated and they will dock you)

-Poor grammar in comment backlinks is saved to IP addresses. So as the latest video from MATT suggest comment grammar is NOT important to webmasters BUT it is to the commenter and its tied to that IP as a user of poor quality. This is a footprint. Do not forget it. So when you get done logging into your blog and write a perfect article and then all sudden with the same IP link build via comments keep your grammar in check. As this shows that you are the actual writer of your blog and not being docked for content that is most likely obtained somewhere else.

-One way to capitalize on bad grammar and spelling is use it as uniqueness. Bust out that proxy and do some trickery with your comments. You may not get the full juice credit for bad spelling in a comment but you get uniqueness. The best way to do this open up live google search and type in a typo for example let?s say my keyword was ?Black bunnies? I would type in ?blak bunnys? and it would autocorrect it. This shows that google counts ?blak bunnys? as ?Black Bunnies? so when used in comment backlinks they can transfer the word juice.

-The Google algorithm always takes in the fact HOW HARD WOULD IT be to NOT rank for your keyword. (example you give someone ten articles and ask them to put them in order from 1 to 10 based on how clear and educational data was) They then take articles numbered 5-10 and keep running different search against them in the same niche until one of the article is left. This article is then given rank points for educational value.

-IP addresses have TRUST LEVELS in regards to backlinking. YES, Google applies a trust level to IP addresses (Yes I know most are not static but it is a part of their processing) This point is that if User A posts on sites B and C and both comments were respected and had value then that Ip has a good content value. IF that IP is spamming you get the opposite PLUS you will get flagged.

-Link juice, Page rank divides but only at the moment of impact of the backlinking posting (you have a link on a page that?s a PR 5, the first link will get juice *if the first link has authority and not marked as rubbish, now add a 2nd link and the first link gets the same amount of juice but the 2nd link now gets only 1/2 of the page rank. (Plus it's own authority up to the amount given) So you get a site with 50 links the 50[SUP]th[/SUP] Link gets divided by 50. ( ONCE AGAIN if the links provide no value in terms of the algorithm then it will not get the proper amount. This once again is based on NICHE)

I have ranked so many sites based off the above and have Kept there rankings. All things can be debated but this is just some information I put together that has helped me and I hope it helps you.
This article is named SEo conspiracy for a reason and I opened it up to debate but my income leads me to believe I have something good. Releasing this information may end up hurting my income but for now I do not mind sharing. Some of my grammar is a little off as I?m tired so sorry for the struggle and I hope you got through it.

My next guide will be exactly how I ranked my 200k Exact Searches Authority site with just web 2.0s and not having to spend one dime on anything but my internet connection. For this I do need to give a shout out in advance to Blackhat Member ROOTJAZZ and has kick ass Tumblrbot he let me use for this. He is the main reason I can post free PR tumblrs here in bulk. Seriously THANK YOU ROOT!! ( for other help on my athority shout out to PHPBUILT and HelloInsomnia)

It's not a guide for everyone. :) It leaves a lot to the imagination and all of it is a result of my real life trials. Hopefully this sparks something in the minds of users and gets the gears turning for NEW techniques. Some users can use this info others can throw it out. :) Appreciate the feedback

It is a bit overly paranoid but quite a few things I can confirm.

Like buying fake keyword search traffic from Google to it ramp it up. Essentially bot-browsing your own website to increase "traffic" and decrease average bounce rate.

Trust levels on IPs though are totally paranoid. We live in the world of cloud computing where IP addresses may change hourly and be different depending on the location of the user.

You can't go wrong by being overly paranoid though. It is just more work.

Good Question, Google analytics is not the only tracking data source.. Adsense does the same exact thing and pulls data. (But yes I agree everyone should abandon GA )

Agreed on the "Nofollow" thing. I am bored on listening "Nofollow links don't carry any value...blah..blah...blah". They surely do carry value.

Btw, what's with all these examples of "Blue Widgets" in so many threads?

So if we are not using the adsense and GA, then how Google detects the IP of comments?

It's not if YOU are using Adsense or Ga or WM, it's if where you are commenting is using tracking data. That's why I say be aware of what other sites are using for tracking. Ga/Adsense covers a rather large pool of sites.

I saw the blue widget thing in other threads and ran with it. It was a close 2nd to pet/dog widgets. I couldn't agree more with Nofollow's having value.

Excellent post thank you. Agreed, slightly paranoid in some areas but best to err on the side of caution as they say. Don't say you weren't warned. Excellent advice contained.

I have applied these things to majorly authority sites. Right now I'm trying them on a micro niche site to see if many of the formulas work on smaller niches. I have a lot of free time until March 23 so I hopefully I can pull more data and make some headway. I will keep updates going if anyone is interested.

Very interesting and mostly plausible theories here, keep it up! I agree with most of those points except with being overly paranoid about Google. I don't think it would make sense for Google to give 'special negative treatment' due to information from GA or being able to track what sites you visit. Because what if good evidence came out that they penalize people for using their services? Everyone would stop using GA and probably other products as well... For that to make sense, they would also have to give special positive treatment for what they clearly verify as organic-seeming patterns. This would imply if you're doing it right, it would actually be beneficial to use GA. Either way, I've been using statcounter the last 5 years ;)

Anyway, here's a few of my own theories:

    - Nofollow : d0f0llow ratios are significant. Most sites seem to have around 80-95% D0f0llow links while lots of more spammy link profiles have high percentages of nofollow links. This suggests a high ratio of nofollow links is a spam signal (even if the links themselves don't count, the ratio does). Just like having no nofollow links is going to look artificial.

    - Safe/diverse money keyword ratios become more important the more links the site has. For a huge link profile with tens of thousands of links, over-optimizing anything becomes much more risky. In this case, money keywords should usually be under 5%. For a smaller profile with say 50-100 links, money keyword ratios can safely be much higher. For a site with 5-10 links, ratios are almost meaningless (unless its 100% the same keyword).

    - The fewer total outbound links a site has, the more valuable each link is but with a logarithmic relation (sort of like the opposite of page rank). For example, a public PR6 'spam' site like a social bookmarking site with millions of outbound links is worth almost nothing next to, say, a PR1 site with just 10 outbound links total while by comparison, a PR1 site with 100 links may have half the value for each link. This is partly why PBN links are so strong and blog network links are also strong unless/until they become super spammed. Meanwhile, subdomains like web2.0s are somewhere in between a completely new domain and the parent domain.

    - Links from niche relevant sites (the whole site) have HUGE value, not just in ranking but in protection/insulation that can let you get away with doing a lot more questionable or risky link building/over-optimization/mistakes/negative SEO. Inversely, sites with almost no true niche relevant links are at a MUCH higher risk for a penalty just by that fact.

    Thanks danalytics,

I have noticed and there have been some BHW members who have noticed as well that when using the standard edition of GA vs Turning it off vs Never using it that there are bizarre Serp movements. I have not come to a complete conclusion as to why this is but I have a few guesses (HIGHLY SPECULATIVE) the 1st one being is that the PRO users of GA are normally BIG BIG authority sites that are backed by some serious cash flow. Cash flow that hits googles pockets through means of high priced services. Now google does not guarantee it's Premium members top rankings but they help them get there. They do this by using the information of the free users against in combination with the pro level. The pro's get told told directly that in order to rank they have to to "do Better" then the information provided by the free users that are currently ranking. And once they have the information and implement it then google comes around to the free users and manipulates the keywords they rank for allowing both pro and free to capitalize however the free users never even know that that their data is comprised. I have noticed also through some testing that the FREE Google analytic is not 100% accurate. ( as far as what we see on our end)

Wow FXPHIL that's pretty far fetched... Well here is how I got to this point (besides my own testing). Here are facts I pulled from TOS of gA

The premium version provides higher data limits, more custom variables, a Service Level Agreement, and a dedicated support team. Pricing starts at $150,000 / year.

150k a year? you get a support team to tell you what you need to do. :) So it's not too farfetched to think they are going to help you rank using the free data of their competitors in comparison to their current data.
