Phil - thanks, thats a great method! I really like it, although i have some questions for you:
1) Do you use USA manufacturers only? Or also some from China? Whats you recommendation on this?
2) If you ship your items from China - can you send them directly to Amazon? Who will handle the customs (pay the fees etc.) then? I am not from the USA so i cant be there..

I mix my products from all over the world. However for supplements you will want to go with American made as folks here do not want to take anything not made here. Cosmetics are a bit different and can be sourced from high end tourist countries.
You can have the shipper ship them directly to Amazon as Amazon no longer requires packing lists as most of them will do it for a few extra bucks. Try a local Amazon closer to your country before spending the money to get products here and past customs.

I've been thinking about trying out the FBA program for a while now, specifically with supplements.
If I wanted to buy bulk supplements, and sell them on Amazon under my own brand, what kind of legal stuff do I need to consider?

Ill touch on this a tid bit. You will want to make sure your labels are FDA approved. Now this does not mean your product needs to be FDA approved but there are labeling restrictions and claim restrictions you must follow. Hit up the FDA labeling guide for your category of supplements. My advice is to grab a larger companies bottle and replicating the wordage really closely. Also trademark your brand before you start selling it. You will need an EIN and a few other things to get up and running.
