    Ok, so this isn't such a big deal but I feel like I've been disrespected time and time again by this guy, so it is still a concern to me.

    I bought his content writing services just to test out what he can bring. He said deal will be done in 2-3 days. I waited 2-3 days, and right on the 3rd day at the very last hour he PMed me the article (keep in mind he didn't email it, he didn't send a file either). The article was quoted around text. What's more, every half sentence had a line break, making the structure impossible to use.

    I complained on his thread and he said he would email me the file instead. After 24 hours (seriously who waits this long just to give me an already written article that's just properly formatted? I complained again. He said he'd refund me.

    After 2 days, I waited for a refund. No refund. I asked the guy on his thread, email, Skype. HE OFFERED me the refund.

    I complained again on the thread, he said to stop blowing it up and that the "matter had been resolved". I have all proof that no refund had been set.

    Please do something about this guy.

    Usually I don't like complaining about people, especialyl on here. But this guy has shown such disrespect to a customer that was so willing to wait (This has taken over 7 days of my time). If you want, most of the conversation resides on his thread. I can also post emails or Skype messages if needed.

    I delivered the article you paid for within the time frame quoted.

    I made an error when I copied and pasted the article to the PM. They're usually written in a .txt file so you don't have issues, these were not, so when I pasted it had the line breaks from the .docx. This was a simple mistake that anyone could have made. I apologized for the mistake and asked for your email to deliver the .docx. You sent over the email the next day. The day after you sent me a PM:

    I would have been upset as well, but this kind of communication was not needed. Regardless, it's customer service, so I understand. I wasn't in a position to send over the .docx - Quite frankly I had a family emergency AND just switched to the iPhone. I wasn't used to not being able to download attachments, and I simple wasn't at the office for a few days. I'm not giving excuses, I'm letting you know WHY.

    I asked from the beginning that you email me instead of relying on skype chat or PM's, because I knew I was going to be mobile and much more easily reached via email. (I tell this to everyone)

    You are not the only one who experienced this issue. - That doesn't excuse the mistake I made when I hastily copied and pasted the content, but certainly I think it warrants some precedent in the amount of leeway given to me in this situation. 9 other clients had the same thing happen because of my error, and 9 other times it was resolved. I made a mistake. I'm human.

    You complained on the thread within minutes of getting the .docx. I didn't give you the article 24 hours after you complained on the thread, it was within minutes. Actually, I didn't even know you made the complaint on the thread until after I sent it. Regardless...

    I made you aware via email I needed a response via email as well.

    You didn't respond to me.

    The offer for the refund expired. No refund was sent. I am no longer offering a refund for services that have been rendered.

    You received a quality article filled with product reviews and research that I wrote personally. You got a sweet deal on some top shelf content.

    I apologized profusely for making the mistake, in addition to correcting the mistake.
    Never once did I act in a manner that was anything other than professional.
    I asked you to stop blowing up the thread because you were blowing up the thread and this matter has been resolved.

    Has the article with proper format been delivered and when?

    Another thing I don't understand is the refund issue.

    From the posts, you told him that if he wants a refund, he has 1 hour to ask for it. He then asks for a refund exactly 5 minutes after your post and then you back down on your refund offer. How can you claim that the offer expired?

    The proper format was delivered a few minutes after his complaint post.

    Refund issued. There can't me any more issues unless he wants me to pay him.

    I only allow people to use the content under the assumption that they pay for it. I will ask that since the refund has been given, he not be allowed to use the content.

    Refund issued now. That doesn't explain your bullshiting him about it at the time though AND repeating your "offer expired" line until I pointed it out.

    In any case, I 'm waiting for the OP to confirm he has received the refund and the properly formatted document.

    I didn't bullshit him. He's an asshole and he's been treating me like absolute shit. You should read some of the messages he sent. His offer was expired. In any case, refund issued.

    I did this against my better judgement just to bury this... yet maybe this isn't enough? Perhaps I owe him interest, penalties, and a collections fee for his time?

    If the OP wants, I have some cream that my wife uses when she gets those kinds of itches.


    Again, I would ask that he not be allowed to use this content, since he hasn't paid for it.

    I did not say you had to refund him. I didn't even ask you to.

    What I am interested in is your business practices, because it 's you who are selling stuff here, not him.

    That 's why, as you noticed, what I pointed out is that you offered him a refund on the condition that he asks for it within an hour and when he does what you required, you back down on your promise and then you also lied about it in your post in the shitlist thread.

    I refunded him 100% of the purchase price of $7.20, just to put this to bed. I don't want to deal with this any more.

    I made a mistake. It's been fixed.

    Refund has been received. Couldn't have wasted more time on a BHW member (a reputable one at that) than I have with this pathetic seller.

    In my eyes, you didn't deliver within 2-3 days. You delivered the final, the EXPECTED, product within 5 or 6 days. Horrible service.

    And yes, Jazzc, you are correct. He did offer a refund and within minutes of even him offering, I accepted and since then had backed down like the little time waster that he is.

    If it's just $7 to you, how come it was so tough to issue the refund? Always complaining about how this is such a bother to you, then why can't you just get it done with? Now I see why your sales thread is doing so poorly.

    No bother with using the article, it was shit anyways.

    I did fucking deliver, and I made a mistake. Mistakes are going to happen. I made it right, it just wasn't to your drum beat.

    Little time waster..... yah, I'm the time waster. Seven dollars, and 20 cents, American. :lalala:

    I was so tough to issue the refund because you pissed me off. I didn't feel like messaging you, because you're nothing but an immature attitude. Plus there were other issues that I made you aware of. Getting a nasty, hateful message every hour about a 7 dollar problem doesn't really make me want to help you.

    Don't you dare insult the quality of the article. You and I both know that's a lie.

    Would you like me to get you some of that cream?

    Everyone and their cat has received an infraction/warning. While sometimes we allow comments, it 's only after the shitlist has concluded.

    Here 's how it 's going to play out:

    Furious George will keep his account in good status since the complaint by the OP has been addressed in a mutually satisfactory way for both parties.

    Nevertheless, I am concerned about Furious George 's business practices and especially by the fact that he lied on the shitlist thread. Therefore, I am going to leave this thread here for a month to see if other complaints appear. If nothing shows up, I will remove this thread (@F.G. , please PM me when it 's near time in case I forget about it).

    Talk about bad timing in my life....

    (Preface - SkyrocketSEO has been refunded and offered to complete the job for free. From my accounting it looks like he is the only one who didn't receive completed work. I thank him for being extremely courteous and patient with me.)

    Fellow BHW members:

    It is not like me to put any excuses in place to not get business handled. It's business. I'm not going to sit here and air out my dirty laundry, because we all have problems. Mine certainly are not worse than any other member here. I've done a shit job of handling a serious personal issue in the last two weeks, and I'm sorry to everyone who has had to waste their valuable time discussing my whereabouts on this forum. I am NOT a scammer. I'm as honest as they come. This was really just bad timing. I haven't been at my home or office in the last two weeks. Thank you to everyone who has spoken up for me. I'm truly sorry if I've let anyone down.
