Hello,
I'm running a "funny image site" for a couple days now and I read a lot at BHW other members doing the same, so I thought why not share some hints and tips about generating some traffic for our "funny" sites.
This what I currently doing:
- I post quality images to the biggest funny related Facebook Fanpages (like damnlol.com etc.)
- Stumbleupon submitting (try to connect as much as possible with other stumblers to get your accounts some value)
- Tweets with trending hashtags
- Tumblr posts with quality and really funny images linking to my site
- Watermarking your Images to build a brand
- uploading watermarked images to different chans (like *****.org)
- uploading watermarked images to imgur.com or imgfave.com
