I've always seen people post funny captcha's and other non work related stuff in the lounge so I fiqured I'd have a crack at it. Here's a funny captcha I came across today, hope it puts a smile on your face.

With recaptcha like 1/3 are impossible because they contain some impossible symbols etc. I have found that in some cases just typing the word that makes sense (I.E. just typing one word) is enough to pass.

Stupid unnecessary bullshit.

i've got captchas from recaptcha that are totally upside down. you totally have to bend your head down to write it right.

In the last few weeks, the ReCaptchas have become about 4 times harder than they used to be.

Sometimes I get "words" that do not appear to be written in any known language, just a gibberish of obscure symbols.

I like to think that this is a crackdown on automated captcha solving tools.

But in reality, they're probably just trying to decipher a really bad batch of books at the moment.

ReCaptcha is genius though. How do you make a captcha that no tool can solve? Use the books that Google's multi-billion $ resources can't even handle.

I always hate when it says your name of some shit. Back when I used to spam facebook walls id get some like "To Matthew" which made me laugh. Obviously my name is matthew.

Let me make ReCaptcha easier for you. Usually one word is easier to read. Just type in the easy word and if you can't understand the other one, you can type in whatever you want. Trust me, it will work.
(i know most people know this already, but i just wanna share this with those who don't)
