This type of hoax won't get him anywhere, sure a bunch of stupid people will follow, but unless he geniously turns this acc into something very broad and general, this will be just plain trash. Just see some comments on the photo talking about lie, bullshit, and people saying soon this acc will change...

A lot of people try to educate and explain to the 12 year olds now how it works. Once you explain that IG can easily see if they're active from their logging in and that 400 millions people posting the same image would do nothing but waste serve space - they tend to get it. Then we tell them to delete the image & report the account as spam.
