Funniest bad reviews youve come across doing ORM

When I arrived, I had my Dental Insurance Card, but I had left my driver's license at home; they made me go back and get it before they would see me, even though I had my previous records (x-rays and narrative) from another dentist and my card with me which pretty well indicated who I was (dental records being a way of identifying people). Dr. Saccaccio was extremely rude and in a hurry as we wanted to begin his time off for vacation. He said he would contact my insurance company about my crowns since it involved the previous dentist. After several months, I didn't hear back from him. I called the office and they said that he hadn't done anything. I asked for a copy of my x-rays and the return of my previous records. They said they had my previous records, but couldn't give my x-rays until I signed a waiver.
