Funds in your PayPal balance cannot be used to send payments ???

hey

I am " verified " paypal user , I use credit card to verify it

Today , i tried to send payment and I got this :

" In accordance with Indian regulations, funds in your PayPal balance cannot be used to send payments. Please use your credit or debit card to make purchases and send payments. "

I don't wanna pay with my cc , I wanna pay with my funds like I always do , wat's the problem ? How to get around this ?

you only can pay to the same currency you have.

These are stupid RBI regulations put in place. You cannot send funds from Credit Card to other Indian users but you can send payments to users from other countries.

Well , the only currency I deal with is USD , how to get around this ? My money is stuck in the account , I dunno what to do :/

try to transfer the money to your bank acc

try to withdraw the money, since you can not really get around this.

Or if you used VCC to verify and need help withdrawing then let me know and I might be able to help--
