I bought this fully verified non-hosted Adsense account with an Indian address and now I don't need it. I basically bought it to test if could change the address to a different country from certain countries, but it turns out you can only change addresses within a country. Live and learn I guess. I read in the T&Cs that this can't be done, but someone assured me that there is a way round it. There isn't and now I know!
There is nothing wrong with it, it works just fine. You can just login, change the name and address and you're ready to go.
It is still at 0 (zero) dollars, and you'll have to put in the pin when it gets to $10.
