Fully functional Pinterest clone needed - will share profit 50/50, Transparent partnership

This is my first Joint Venture request on BHW forum and I know its gonna be a great experience since all members of BHW are super uber people to work with when it comes to taking advice and mentoring.

Okay so I am going to setup one fully functional Pinterest clone website, being in great amount or atleast reasonable amount of real traffic, get more and more registrations on this website, create own theme and branding. Put awesome activity and vividness in this website.

After all of our hard work we will flip it once or more than once from flippa accounts.

Everything should be transparent during this small venture.
