I found a ebay seller and I can provide same products and prices, but I want build a site instead of starting with a new ebay store. they also have individual site but their onsite&offsite seo is 0(like no meta description, no backlinks) .

I decide to scrape their ebay products (about 2000) and import to website, I will hire a VA to rewrite product description to get better seo result, but I can't get product images without watermarks, so I plan to use their ebay store name(*** store) as my domain. so I will not need worry about watermark issue..

    how about my idea?

The name/images sounds risky to me...

First register the domain ( In case they decline, and you're covered) then contact them about buying there image inventory and invest in the catalog
