yes, they could...if they want to take all the risk, etc. and if someone does, then great. Not everyone is in the same life situation, and sometimes having a steady paycheck is more important

sorry, I was away all day and I'm catching up on PM's now. Thx for everyone who has expressed interested. This is a good opportunity for the right candidate for a steady cash job (no taxes), with a company that has been in business for over 17 years, with 22 current employees and growing

Sorry to come out from the dead, but I have to correct you on this. With taxes, it would actually be like having a $3,200 job not $4000 + plus, even under sole prop. they don't take THAT MUCH out! (Just did my taxes so I believe I have a bit of grip on this math!)
EDIT: Just thought I'd add that in. I have my opinions but decided to keep them to myself. Hope you find what you are looking for!

Hi sorry I can't PM as I am new to the BHW community. I have never the less roughly 8 years of experience in this field. I've used APIs, and script changing and addition is just something I do on a regular basis. I am based in New York.

I dont think it's underpayment, honestly. Again, with taxes, it would be like a $4000+ per month job. Its telecommute, so no gas, etc. Anyway, you can figure it out...good opportunity for the right person.

and just to clarify the position some more...the bulk of the work is lead generation. you should have a lot of experience a) generating leads thru various sources and b) managing paid campaigns that generate leads. Web design/dev is definitely a PLUS, but your main set of skills needs to be in generating leads, and optimizing ROI

As an India let me tell you that Indians are the most versatile people on earth, they can speak, write and understand good English with or without accent.
We are lot of time low cost when compared to others in the states, land of British and the kangaroos also
We have so many Christians here in India not only that but even all others are educated and know how to speak and write English.
We have been rendering service to so many companies in USA, UK, Aus and even countries in Europe.
Not only English but also what we can understand are more different languages and are very good learners and pick up things faster than others, so please do not mention such things as it hurts

Im not contradicting you but he may have other reasons than being racist. I personally wouldnt hire MOST indians because for starts you have a cocky view of your people, ive never met an indian that didnt speak with an indian accent while speaking english that didnt learn english as their first language. Im sorry but when i pick up the phone and an indian guy named "jeff" answers i hang up because im not interested in penis englargement pills. Personally if you were indian and i couldnt tell, i would hire you. That doesnt make me racist.

I can choose who the hell I want to hire, and not hire. I dont care if you think it's racist. I have my reasons, mostly due to language/communication issues...but why is irrelevant. I am hiring and paying so I set the rules. Remember this:
