Full Time VA or Freelancers?

What's your preference?

Someone full time you can train on your requirements and methodologies. Freelancers are easier to pick up when there's content to do.

Normally I'd take full time for specific tasks that require training and freelancers for general content work. Am I missing a trick here?

VA can do most of organizational work. It is like a virtual office manager. VA can not be a specialist in everything. I know it as I was a content manager for many years. As a manager I was working with professionals like writers, designers and so on. VA can also be helpful if you need customer support/service, as long as they are naturally nice and friendly
