Full time SEO's needed

Hi mates,

I'll leave my home country and travel to Malta in order to work for a new company within the next few weeks where I'm responsible to manage the SEO for several sites. Since I know at BHW are many Indian people that do great SEO jobs and earn like ten times the amount of money by doing SEO for other people than they would with a regular job, here's my idea:

The company pays me around 3000 dollars / month upfront and the rest is provision (around 1K per month) which means that if I achieve keyword goals I get a bonus on top. However, I used to live from 2000 dollars for years and love writing poems more than working (okay, to be honest: drinking and sleeping haha) so I came to the following idea: If I could outsource my work or at least the majority of it to some guys here whom I would pay the remaining, lets say, 2000 dollars, I could REALLY make a passive income.

Thank you for your responses, I received some very interesting offerings that I will definitely come back to. Because many of you asked me: Payment will be made every 2 weeks upfront, but of course I need to have a short call with you on skype to make sure you really exist and make it easier for both of us to trust each other.

Man, are you outsourcing what you sell as outsourcing work? Because it's doubtful that you guys can do all of those different things well. Call me a jerk, but claiming you can do all of that well is sincerely difficult to believe.

I would rather go for someone who is specialized in what I need to outsource.
