Hi all,

Does anyone of you have a full-time content writer in a third-world country working for you?

If so, could you please mention:
  • What country they're from
  • How many words they can produce on a daily basis on average
Thanks a lot!

Bump

I have managed 1 from Bangladesh, can write 1k-1.5k daily.

I'm interested in this too, would love to have a full-time content writer - but need a decent quality.

One minute of silence for all the little cats that died with this fragment :anyway:

Personally, I prefer to pay per content. It's extremely difficult to get an average (not even good) content writer.

If you find someone who does the $1/1K with relatively digestible content it will be worth all the full-content writers you ever try to search.

Even, if you work with someone for several articles, and you feel fair the price for them, you can ask them for greater availability in case you can "hire them" on a daily basis (like 1K per day, 30 days a month). So the best way to find this is first to start with someone cheap, test drive it for a while and then propose something longer and "more stable". Don't search for this straight away if you are wary of (relative) quality.

Thanks for the comprehensive answer. I actually have someone who's writing me for me for many months now (Pay per word), but I was asking this question to get an idea of how much they would write in total :)
Your idea is great as well. I usually just tell them write whenever you like, but hiring on a daily basis would be a good idea.

Have you tried posting in HAF asking for samples and consistent availability? I presume it is not for a money site?

Usually, writers would never work on full-time basics as they want to take their time. And It is actually more expensive to hire them on time basic then pay per word. For example, I myself charge 80-100$ per day and provide them with max 2k words. However, when someone hires me per finished work, it usually does not exceed more than 25$/1000 words.

And coming to people from third world country who writes in cheap rate. Good luck teaching them how to write while burning the money.

I'm a writer from Kenya, and manage at least 2 to 2.5k words a day. I get paid per word (0.02), which is pretty much the standard rate. Do you need an affiliate content writer?

I agree with you

It's important that you start with someone cheap and then review your contract upwards, down the road

I have a couple of writers working with me full time from India.
Content quality is filler grade I mostly use it on parasites and Web 2.0.
Average they produce upto 30K words daily.

Worker with one person from pakistan. She does 1 article daily. 1500~ words tier 2/1 (well researched, but struggle sometimes with word choice) 6$ per article.

Working with a really good writer myself, its just that you have to train them for keyword research and other optimization-stuff rest the content is really good!
