Full content RSS feeds from Guardian

Hi everyone,

It is probably not a secret that you can get full content RSS feeds from Guardian (an UK daily newspaper for those not familiar with it). Now here is a question - if I autopublish them on my blog day in and day out - is it legal? Can they sue me for copyright violation? Even if I add a link to the original article in the footer?
Another issue is a duplicate content - will the fact that the blog consists of full content RSS feeds streamed from other websites affect the SERP ranking in a negative way?
I appreciate any tips - my first post here, I know I am a n00b and all that :-)

You say "it is probably not a secret that you can get full content RSS feed from Guardian" but I was not aware of this, I've just got their RSS link and it's now on my blog, so thanks for that.

As for copyright they would normally ask you to remove the content first before they decide to take any action.

Fuck them. Just keep using it. Why else would they make it available?

yes, they provide that to encourage you use it. No problem man, Oh No, they may take action if you are high ranking than them in google search :))
