Full body image generator?

Hey all
Hope you having a good day.

Does anyone know an online tool of some sort that generates full body pictures, or at least upper body pictures. and not just one but a few of the same face? I don't feel like using this person doesn't exist because it is only a face

Try one of the AI image generators. But I'm not sure if they'll come up with multiple images with the same face.
