I didn't watch the video. I can imagine what it's about and don't care to see it. I know people are cruel to animals but, so far, no one has figured out a way to stop it. Probably never will.
Whether it's wild animals, domestic animals (pets) or even livestock raised for food, there is absolutely no reason to treat them cruelly. I'll never understand the "sickness" some people have in their minds to justify the kind of treatment they give to animals. They are the scum of the earth and deserve to receive as much pain and suffering as they inflict.
I don't donate to any large organizations. What I do is support one of my local animal shelters with time, money and supplies. My donations help them rescue a few extra animals each month. It's good for the animals and it gives me a warm feeling inside.
We can't stop animal cruelty but, if more of us helped out the people and places that care for abandoned and abused animals, it'll make our own little corner of the world a better place.
Most animal shelters depend on donations and volunteers to stay open. Take a few minutes to find a shelter in your area and go visit. If you can't make a cash donation, volunteer some of your time. You'll feel better and the animals will appreciate it.
