Fucked need help

Had a legitimate business get fucked by a federal lawsuit -- ebay limited for a year and Paypal limited by the Govn't....

I am being unfairly smashed by a huge company and I need to get back on ebay and PayPal ... I've read for days and I have a good idea of what I need to do so I'm not asking for help with that --- here's the help I need ...

i have a laptop which I never use and an ipad ... I live in an extended motel and the wifi (weekly fee) and stuff surrounding this confuse me.

since I'm using a router off of a motel connection --- is vps (setup on laptop) and vpn still okay to do ? The only thing that has me stuck is the way I connect online and I figured someone here could help me out ... not good with the latest tech stuff so yup another newb post.

If the government smashed you down you need to think if getting back on will screw you if they decide to look into it.

It would probably be in your interest to cut the cost of the motel wifi and just use a mobile hot spot so you can connect through your Ipad and Laptop and toggle through IP addresses. Make sure it is unlimited and use it for your non ebay browsing too.

Again, make sure that it is OK to get back on and the government won't do any damage to you when they find out.

you'll get back on ebay & pp no probs, just make sure your mac address is changed, your flash cookies are cleaned, and your main browser cookies are cleaned. Steer clear of registering the same name spelling that you had in the same previous zipcode, and away you go.

please do not use TOR, you'll be banned again very quickly. you have the right idea with vps/vpn but think for your specific situation much safer/smarter to just use a mobile hotspot as mentioned above.

I think you better move to residential area to cost you lesser than staying in a motel.

Combine what has already been said.
- get a mobile internet dongle/key (so that you can disconnect/reconnect to get a new IP as needed).
- Don't worry about changing your MAC address, it gets stripped at your local gateway anyway.
- Clean your cookies, don't forget the flash cookies.
- Register with details that in no way resemble your previous account/s
- Profit

the bases of tor is just more layered encryption the only downside would be a different random IP if he needs the same one it wont work but as i mentioned certain browsers use proxies. A hotspot wont help him all to much because he will have to keep going back to the same spot and i am guessing he doesnt want that and private message me il lend a hand my first business was in the tech field
