I got like 15k followers on Instagram but I never go about 200 likes on a pic LOL

Views on Videos are from 200-800 ( 800 highest yet)

this is ridiculous isnt it ??? Im in the comedy niche btw

Is there anything I can do to change the f situation ?

How did you get all the followers in the first place? If you used a program or paid someone to do it most if not all of those are going to be bots and not really do anything for you.

For the first 9k I used Followboom , you get coins for liking other pics and turn the coins in for followers,

but since I got 9k I am using Instagress, so actually they have to be real, but idk anymore

Many of those first 9k are likely real users too, but since they followed you via followboom they probably don't care at all about what you post. Like you, they were just trying to improve some metric. So now you have another 6K users who followed you for other reasons, but not necessarily because they fell in love with your content. I think getting 200 / photo likes is to be expected here unless you are posting really eye-catching content. You goal should be to find a way to use this base of followers to gain a real audience that appreciates what you are offering enough to press one button.
