It´s part of the game when promoting CB. At least you didn´t throw money away on ads or paid traffic.

I think it's a rule of CB. I met this situation in the past. I know your feeling

Yea dude it sucks. Had the same shit happen with a video of mines in the past. Decided to delete the bitch, and re-do it so the traffic is better.

If there is no Refund policy on clickbank, No one (Real Buyers) is ready to buy.

So we have to accept this.

Next time make sure the product you are promoting isn't really shit.
Shitty products = HIGH refund rates. Good ones will only have a refund rate of 1-10% max, which is not a lot.

Sorry about that, but if you are promoting a CB product you should expect a percentage of refunds.

I find the refund rate is generally very low outside the Internet Marketing niche as long as the product is high quality.

I've had up to 40% refund rate in the IM niche though - and that's even with a high quality product.

I mean clickbank does seem to have a nice galore of poopbutt "products/services"to promote so I say the simple fact you were actually able to persuade someone to buy it is good.I'm still considering trying it again though seeing as everyday there could be better advertisers on there that I could actually sleep at night knowing I promote.

Self Help and Diet Niches generally have a better rate. Those niches the buyer thinks they failed and not the product more often then not because they failed so much before. It's a sad reality.

However, IM people think they're so smart that they often request refunds because they think the IM'er 'scammed' them. Totally different mindset.

Make sure the product you're promoting is not shitty and you should be good. The refund policy is good, legitimate, and needed.

as a soon to be vendor i faught Clickbank on this return policy as i offer a software and once they buy, they can use it for 60 days then quite which does not seem fair to me.

The good thing about my product is once they request a refund, they will lose all data and landing pages along with all emails they gathered (unless they export them before they ask for the refund) plus they will no longer be able to log in to the system.

I guess this is better than giving the an eBook they can just print or save to their desktop and then request a refund and keep the product.

I am doing my very best to have a high quality product (which is rare on clickbank) so the refunds will be low. Plus I will be interacting with buyers of the my product to answer questions and guide along the way so they will be more apt to stay in and pay the re occurring payments.

I only know of a few vendors who offer live support, forum support and weekly "how to" meetings and they seem to have very low refunds rates (less than 4%) and to be honest, some of their products are not very good...but they interact with the buyer.

Any way, 60 days is too much and I hope they soon change that to 30 days like everyone else on the planet.

That is the problem with digital product. "Information" is all which buyers get. No one will buy any digital product without money back guarantee !
