FTP problem

When I login to FTP panel through WS_FTP Pro for my website site all i see is FTPQUOTA file nothing else. I contacted host gator for there help and they can't help me with it because it third party ftp. I can't contact WS pro because it downloaded copy.

Can someone please help me on this

Cant u add files to it ? or, there are website files, but you can't see them ?

i didn't try to add files but there are no files except filequota. files should be showing like wp-admin wp-theme robots.txt etc but nothing is showing. There are files because when i login from cpanel i see files.

did you try ftping using filezilla, or winscp ?
if not, you should; otherwise, use your c-panel built in FTP
