I know there are so many FTC Notices that we must have on our sites. Is there a general notice that can cover all info required? Ebay, Amazon and CPA.. I thank you...

You can have a general notice written by an attorney or simply find and re-write an existing one on another compliant site. The notice disclosing that you have a financial relationship with the product/service owners and that you may receive compensation for recommending them is pretty boiler-plate / generic.

The way in which it is presented to your visitors, and where/when it is presented in the sales cycle is also important. A key aspect being that it needs to be "clearly and conspicuously" placed, not obscured, etc etc. Read their guidelines regarding:

    1. Truth in Advertising: https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/media-resources/truth-advertising

    And

    2. How to make effective disclosures in advertising: https://www.ftc.gov/sites/default/f...losure-guidelines/130312dotcomdisclosures.pdf

The second one has MANY examples (both text and visual) demonstrating the right and wrong way to disclose.

    Regards,
