I'm thinking of getting an SEO Va - I'm aiming for full time.

I've looked at a couple of services, the going rate seems to be about $250 for a full time one, 6 days a week.

I don't want to use a company, to be honest, I have a few years ago from this very site and they're a bit crap

What would you say the going rate is for donkey work? Nothing major, low end link building blah

If you underpay, you will get a less reliable VA and they will quit pretty quick. I would say pay per project and get things done instead of looking for a monthly thing. No one can survive on $250 alone.
