FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE USING PAYPAL

My main PayPal account has been permanently limited for no reason, they sent me an email with 15-20 questions asking about my business which I replied within an hour (3 pages of text) hoping that it was just an account review as it stated. 72 hours later I got my account permanently closed with some thousands in it. I tried to call, but these arrogant pricks are paid to say "sorry there is nothing we can do".

Then I created another PayPal account bypassing the ban using legitimate information, it has been limited as well. There is obviously something behind this bullshit because of my real name and country where it is located that makes them think I am daesh idk or just risky for them.
I can confirm this because I have another PayPal account located in another country (where I used to live) with 0 issues, don't ask me why I don't use that one.

I am NOT breaking PayPal tos. I am selling legitimate digital goods with hundreds of happy customers and now I am in the verge of losing thousands of dollars and hours invested in my projects.

I am looking for help desperately for a solution to fix this, I will be paying.

PS: Btw, I can't trust use anyone to hold thousands of dollars every month, this is not an option.
PS2: If you are going to post saying "there is nothing you can do", just go away because we already know you feel a lot better seeing others struggle.

And no, I don't like to see people post stuff like this. I was in the same situation. I know your struggle. I got my money out of my PP account bc of some laws in the US. I threatened them, and they were forced to comply.

But I'm not sure about your country.

Couldn't you just use your old account? Change the details? People do move across countries, I do believe you can change the address on your PayPal.

i don't think the limit everybody form a special country ..... so it must ne your business what they not like.

This is why i try to avoid using paypal and try to make sure i have little to nothing in my paypal account when i do use it.

I think there is a service on marketplace which help people lift their paypal account, go to search it!

This is why I use a stealth PayPal because this is a normal problem. And as the post above says that is true as BHW has multiple services offered to either reinstate or provide stealth accounts to those effected.

I don't care about the limited money, I care about my potential and my projects which I have spent so much time on them to see everything gone for absolutely no reason.

Paypal cannot take away your projects.
Just create another paypal account and switch it over?

I did create another, using my mobile 4G and different address... still got limited.

An account not linked to you and made with fake info, many eBay sellers who have been banned setup stealth accounts using new info and new IP. I was removed from eBay for a %5 DSR and since eBay made up %60 of my income I had setup a stealth account to not link to me using new info and IP. Just search "PayPal/eBay/Amazon" stealth on google or even here to see exactly what it is

I just hate the shitty paypal because of there frequent limiting of account without any tangible reason. stealth account is what you need to continue your business. Search for "second eye" thread in the market section he might be of help in removing the limit to your account.

An account with fake details, a new IP, new phone number, new CC for verification, etc.

@Transexual I use 2CO. They allow you to take PP payments without having a PP account. You may want to look into that.

I checked 2CO facebook earlier, doesn't look good at all. Also, 25$ fee for a 2$ transaction chargeback... better doing nothing.

How much chargeback do you get on your old paypal account?

I've never had a problem out of them. Then again, I've never had a refund or a chargeback either.

There seems to be no reliable option apart from Paypal currently. 2Checkout chargeback fees are too expensive in my point of view. But then again, it really depends upon the type of product that you are selling and if chargeback rate is high. In op case, digital products have a higher chance of chargeback. I am not sure about OP but I own an OEM software retail outlet and accepting only Bitcoins as payment mode. Liquidated through localbitcoins.

Lost a lot of sales as I am using limited option for payment but the price of these softwares entice customers to go through the hassle for paying through bitcoins. So at the end of the day, it is worthwhile in my point of view.
