Frustrated venting post

Found a good site on flippa finally. Months of searching for one in my price range. Makes 20$ a month from adsense with consistent traffic so I’m like ok so about 500$ should be a regular price or so. buy it now got put up for 2000$ and it was purchased immediately.
wtf. So the multiples are not 20-30 anymore?

You mean a site making $20/mo costs $500? And you bought it for $500 and sold immediately for $2000???

No I wanted to buy it at a regular price of 20-30 which is 400-600. But someone else paid 2000$

Holy shit, this is crazy .. even x20-25 multiplier is crazy, yet x100... So you can put up a site, start earning $10 a month and then put it on Flippa for $200? Who buys this crap?
