Frustrated. Uploading script issues.

Hey guys I am so eager to put this on my site as I just bought it. http://codecanyon .net/item/king-media-video-image-upload-and-share/7877877 ....So I am not well versed at this but I used filezilla for the first time. I successfully uploaded the theme via FTP. Now I have no idea what I am doing. I tried dragging the "UPLOAD" file and dropping it in the WP/THEME/ folder with no success. It says theme is uploaded but it is missing the stylesheet. So I then dragged everything else from the uploaded file into the WP/THEME folder. I also tried putting it in the cgi bin folder. Its a PHP script so I am guessing their is something more to this I am not seeing.

Any help will be IMMENSELY APPRECIATED!

You paid for 6 months support so what the problam?

My bad. It looks like it's a stand-alone php script and not a wordpress theme. So you can install it in any directory, just make sure the folder permission are set right.
