    Hi,
    I targeted 2 local niches..
One of them is really easy but I haven't any success.
I builded a lot of links, most from high pr blogs and webdirectories (directories with a list of websites). Also I wrote an article and published it at a high authority niche portal (payed for that article).
I made a unique video and uploaded it to youtube, vimeo and other video directories.
Yesterday I made a facebook page and bought fans at fiverr.. Hope SERPs will increase a bit.
What should I do now? Edu/Gov links worth it in defiance of my niche is non-english?

    Thanks

If you are targeting .com search engine then do more link building in a way but if you are targeting country specific search engine then try to get backlinks of that same extension.

Keep on building link but also keep in mind that sometimes it takes a little bit of time for your site to climb in serps as a result of the backlinks you built.

Follow this, one at a time

    1. write some blogs on level 2 (level one is your website)
    2. social bookmark your level 2 blogs
    3. create web 2.0 profiles and link back to your website
    4. create forum profiles and link to level 2 blogs

This should be sufficient if the competition is less.

    Finally,

Get some penny cheap traffic from ebay

May be Google have stop indexing you for sometim, you should wait a bit and stop your SEO at the moment then see there should be a chance of increasing SERP.

    1. Check that the site isn't viewed as duplicate content. Check with copyscape first. Although copyscape isn't Google, chances are that if it sees the site as duplicate, than so will the big G. If you are considered duplicate by the big G, you will trigger a panda filter and no amount of aggressive link building will help you get out of that filter.

    2. Use Scrapebox to scrape for LOCAL blogs. Find the highest PR ones and leave a comment. I have seen massive increases for local niches with this.

    Good luck. :)

One of them is really easy -> but you dont have success? well then I would say it isnt easy or?

To "really" help you there is more info needed. Did you research the niche e.g. your comps. right? Is your site somewhere ranked in G or on any other SE? Is it indexed?
Over which time periode did you build your links? -> maybe your site got "banned"

    links needed: EVERYTHING

Also; think of link building as alcohol. If you pound 3 beers; you wont feel the effects until 20-40 minutes+. Similar to linkbuilding, although you may build a shit ton of links, it takes 30-45 days usually for something to fully kick in. Hang in there. Your only a failure if u give up. If u need help pm me.

How many links have you got and of what value?
How long and how constantly have you built up your links?

I am not trying to be rude or post small replies but imho you are calling quits too early. SERP ranking usually ain't that fast to conquer.

Learn to spin articles. Write 1, spin it 20 times and manually submit to the TOP 20 article directories. When they are approved, bookmark your articles at the top 10 bookmarking places.

Start a facebook, when you add a new article to your site, post the update and link on your facebook, same with twitter. Keep it simple. And don't check your backlinks. Just keep building. Make it part of your daily routine.

Thats where most people go wrong.
They think that SEO is a one hit process.

You need to keep up with your link building otherwise your rankings will drop as fast as they came.:(

Yeah, I have a routine down, or at least try to have a loose routine.

1 day look for keywords and related content and terms . Get a list of 10 or so "good" keywords and a list of maybe 8 related keywords for each. Take some notes on the subject overall. Because when your writing articles, you do not want to stop typing ever!!

So, by picking up general information on your topic, you can add filler when your mind goes blank while writing the facts of the article. Not a lot, but just knowing some general info gives you a sentence or 2 of time to think or remember another fact to write about. Because you can't let those fingers stop typing EVER!

Next day, I'll write 5-8 articles 800 words + and just leave them.

Next day I'll write an article to spin and spin it 20 times and submit to top 20 directories.

Next day, check my news alerts in google for new sites mentioning my keyword etc and put those articles I wrote on the blog.

Next, I'll run through some manual blog comments, keep active in some forum posts I have going, bookmark my articles I'v submitted, Update twitter, update facebook, check stats and write articles that match the search queries more closely.

Sometimes I do those things in 3 days, sometimes 5. But, I know the goal, I know the outcome, I know it takes time.

It will take some time to learn not to be looking at statistics. You will suffer from analysis paralysis. When you feel you want to look at backlink stats or something, don't. Just go write some content, look to expand on your niche. Content is King, Backlinks are Queen.

Depends on your strategy. But seriously. Just pound away at it. You will be rewarded with long term success.

BTW: It might look like that's not a lot of work and its spread out, well that's just one authority site, I have about 20 others to work on as well ;)

Stop reading this now, and write an article and spin it. DO NOT underestimate the power of spinning because perhaps you don't understand it. You MUST be active in a couple of forums. Do you have any idea how many hits I get a day after I post and help someone in a forum? They become loyal.

And, If you can't go into a forum and post some REALLY helpful tips to someone, and have them become loyal and look at you for advice, then perhaps your in the wrong niche. I mean, I can't go onto a forum and talk about "the best hammer to use". When you pick that niche, you have to think:

Can I create newsletters based on my niche forever, without repeating?
Can I mix another niche into this niche to expand my reach?
Can I actively post on many forums with REAL advice that people seek?
Can I make a website that people will WANT TO BOOKMARK?
Can I seriously be interested in this topic to write about it every day of my life?

If you can answer those yes, You write good content for the people, and do subtle promotion, twitter, facebook, bookmarks, articles, blog commenting, forums, newsletters, press releases, It will come.

I know you prob want the fast lane, and the questions, suggestions look stupid and simple. But people like simple.

OK, Now that I'm done writing an ebook lol $97.00 please! ACT NOW, prices will not last forever! ;)

EDIT: Or just pay for some xrumer blasts lol

How long have you been building links for? SEO can take awhile even if you are targeting local keywords. Don't give up though. Keep building links and you can make it in the long run. Good luck!

SEO really is a long term strategy.
Just buying 1 link packet and expecting phenomenal results is not the way it goes.

You need to slowly build your backlinks up.
Be it manual or via software.
As long as they keep groing at a realistic pace you WILL see your rankings increase.
