Frozen yt views

Hello,
I started a youtube channel and my views are frozen at 117 and 72...

I used Vagex and View2be, might this be the reason?

If this is the reason when will it unfreeze and how can I get some good "start up" views for my videos which will not freeze my vids?

Not long ago Youtube always freezed views at 301, now it's "fixed" and videos are not getting freezed in general, but not when Youtube is not sure if views are real.

Rest views may be counted or may not, but Vagex and View2be are rather bad quality views with low retention that won't help you anyway.
Better look for some high-quality views here at Marketplace.
