Front end installation prices

He charged me 300EUR for that, please tell me if it's adequate price or not?

If it works well, that's the price.

Well it really depends, if it's just the FE (aka the script, frontend, website) it's really not that hard.

It's a UI kit, with what looks like a pre-built template. Spin up an AWS server, make sure it's open to public, install node and then run a build command.

A few more things which take around 15 mins and poof it's pretty much live in under 30 mins.

If the backend were to be built (not sure by the looks of the template if it does or not) then that would certainly cost more than 300 EURO a whole BE for this would cost 1.5k roughly here and there.

300 euros seems a little high for only installation, but if there are a lot of steps to it, it could be reasonable?
As always with paying for services like this, it's a game between you and the freelancer- they gauge how much money you're willing to part with, and you gauge how much it costs for their expertise.
It's more complicated than this, but it's a part of hiring for sure =)
