Welcome to my journey thread.
In this journey I will start out as a complete Noob (fr33 c4sh pl3ese)
that has gained as many information as possible in the last two weeks.
I have learned a lot about IM and I am confident I can come up with a solid plan to bring me some cash.
I do not have any real financial issues, I got two working jobs (not many hours though, they are just side jobs (around 20 hours a week)
which pay me around $700 per month in total. It's a very low salary compared with the amounts I've seen on this forum.
The work I do makes me fed up with life :cow04:, I get underpaid as I always have to work more than agreed upon and those hours aren't always getting paid.
This had me looking for different ways to earn and I got here thanks to that. I hope that it was a quality find.
I got around 5 months left before my new semester starts. In these months I want to get things settled so I would earn
from IM. This means that I would try to get things going for me on semi-autopilot. I do understand that beginning is the
hardest part of IM, but for me that is a challenge accepted.
I plan to put in full dedication in these 5 months; this means around 2-3 hours a day and if by any means possible more.
The actual reason i'm creating this journey is to keep myself organized and motivated,
while at the same time give the community something to read and enjoy.
Expect posts every 3-4 days to keep you guys updated.
The Actual Game Plan (4/3/2014):
First Stage/Ultra Noob Stage
roud: (one month total/earning goal = 100 dollars [ ]):
As a start-up I'll be doing work for sites that pay for posts.
This is really boring but I got to push myself and keep going.
I know this won't pay a lot but it should get me some money to invest.
Investing is key so at this point, so i'll be investing all the earnings I get from IM.
At this time I will build my knowledge and try to find the perfect method that suits me.
Second Stage/Evolving Stage:hmmmm2:(2.5 month total/earning goal = 1000 dollars in total [ ]):
To get me going I will invest in micro niche sites with Adsense installed.
I actually bought three sites from a service to give me a head start.
This has costed me around 90 dollars. I hope to earn this back in the long run.
On the side I will try out different methods including social media to support my earnings.
I am still thinking about creating automated blogs and or forums. Clickbank is also something
I will be checking into.
Every earning will be invested at a 2/3 rate meaning I will hold one to 1/3 for personal use.
Third Stage/Blossoming:weightlif(1.5 month total/earning goal = 1000 dollars a month [ ]):
At this point i'm not sure where I would go. If I actually put in all the efforts I'd like to, I would be making some profits by now.
I might have some money build up to go big with the investments. On that account I would try to maximize profits and go for the big fish.
Still this thought is very optimistic and not very likely.
At the end of this stage I hope I could cut down the time necessary for maintaining my sites.
This is obviously because my school semester is back up and I need to put time into that.
If everything goes right i'd be investing 1/3 of the earnings to keep 2/3 for personal use.
Stage at this moment; First Stage/Ultra Noob Stage
roud:
Profit at this point: $ -90 :17:
Total hours spent at this point (reading hours excluded, pure working hours): 1.5h
To make things clear; I am not doing this for information or methods. The challenge is to work things out by myself.
That, I believe, is the best way to get useful skills for further projects and it should boost my self-confidence.
Any helpful tips or criticism is always welcome as I am still improving every day.
