From which years onward should I start reading the Blackhat method?

Im a completely newbie. My SEO experience is only on page SEO. I use rankmeth and make pagespeed fast. Config my website (adult male website, with quite few specific niches ) to be in quite a high quality in each page, make sure keywords and such are set up on every posts, etc. (just read a post here about intent too. give me headache! )

Never done more than that. Now I have started to read all the blackhat methods ( I figure in adult business it's hard to use white methods, but my site has quite a specific niche for a group of people. Do you think I can do the white way?) and I kind of understand roughly there is another word out there. So far, I find a few websites with decent DA where I can put the hard link in (though I can't find gay/male relate websites, it's just a normal adult site but that should be ok? if not and it needs to be specific please let me know). Anyway there is market place here so as long as one willing to spend, this can be effort (I think)

The difficult part is creat Web 2.0's and buy PBN. I read some recommend article on the board and some of them date back to 2017. Im not sure if the method still works nowadays.
Like for example, I go to auction site or site that selling domain and try to see the domain that have high TF or authority. And I cant check them via majestic or moz like some post recommend. The data just not show up. I don't know what that mean and how to go around and check it.

So I think maybe the post is outdated? From which year onward should I start reading through all the article and tricks.

And I try to find online course, teaching blackhat method online, cant find any. Do anyone know such thing exit? or it's something no one talk about in the open? I don't mind paying for knowledge.

The closest thing I find is this youtube channel of the guy name chris-palmer but it's quite hard to listen to with his manner of speaking. Plus he start somewhat in the middle road, like I suppose to know something before listen to him otherwise you wont get the full picture.

Old methods are still an inspiration for doing something very creative. It’s all about applying the same principles to a different context. So, I think you can start from any year.

Seo didn't change a lot so even old methods may still works if you addapt to these days. You can surely get an idea about what to do ..... try to think yourself and get inspired from these methods and addapt at your competition.

You're on the right track with on page SEO. White hat works but is slow, especially in adult niches. If your niche is specific, strong content can help.

Web 2.0s and PBNs still work but need proper setup. Info from 2017 is outdated, Google is better at catching spam. When buying domains, check Wayback Machine and use Ahrefs or Majestic (not just Moz). If no data shows, the domain likely lost authority.
