I recently was in the same boat with you, I decided to go with poweruphosting and the set up super quick...Havent used it much since scrapebox was down the past week so can comment on speed yet.

The only website I would even recommend using is MyHosting. I've been using them for almost a month now and I've had no problems. Also, if you are looking forward to have a very successful server, you might want to consider ONLY Linux based VPS since they provide better performance and flexibility for your server.

man...bermanhosting sucks for support. It's been 6 hours and nobody has replied to my reboot request.

Only used their support once, but you can reboot your own VPS if you login to your account. It is at the bottom of one of the pages.

they finally rebooted. i look for a reboot button but didn't see it. Anyway its fixed. Still slow though. I guess you get what you pay for.
