From where can i hire an android developer ?

Previously, i was into facebook marketing and what i did was simple, my friend used to code me fb apps and i used to buy pages and promote those apps with it and make a decent amount of money for both of us, but since fb has got a lot more strict recently, we are not able to generate even 1/5th of what we were making before ! ( I'm pretty sure a lot of guys here must be facing the same problem )

My plan for now is to do the same, but with android ... and the only problem we have is my friend doesn't know java or any of it.. so i am looking for someone who can convert my ideas into android apps, and i handle the promotion department !

I would recommend you to take a look at oDesk or Elance. The second way is to google "Android freelance developer", which is much cheaper than a specialised agency/company.

I hope it will not be so hard to find out an android developer if you walk through the right path. There are many many 'Outsourcing Marketplace', where thousands of programmer look for jobs. You can visit marketplace like ODesk, Freelancer, getacoder etc and choose perfect one for you.
