From Reddit Images to Faceoook/instagram?

Do you guys know if there's an automated tools out there, that scrape the images posted on a subreddit and automatically share the image on facebook or instagram?

I have found a subreddit for my niche where people posts photos... this would help me having an apparently active social page without working

If you have some programming knowledge, then it's possible.

I made a bot that checks top posts in a subreddit and posts the link+description of my twitter account. check out github it has loads of libraries that will help you out.

I can't recommend any but I'm curious to know if there is. It will greatly make things a lot easier. Or better yet consider tapping social media content experts.
