From keyword to successful contact form submission?

Hi, I'm new to Bing Ads and the whole affiliate marketing thing. Basically I have Prosper202 set up for a website. I want to be able to track each user who successfully submits the email form to me, all the way from the keyword used to get to the pre-sell page. Is this possible?
