From 'Classic Editor' to Gutenberg - anything that can go wrong?

I was quite unhappy with Gutenberg when it came out, but has started to love it in the recent weeks.

Therefore, I have "Classic editor" installed on my main money page. If I deactivate the "classic editor" plugin and then 'installs' Gutenberg - is it any chance that something will be messed up?

Are there anything I should be really aware/concerned of?

I tried to Google this topic, but very few people seem to have "classic editor" installed for a long time and then, after a while, wanted to change to Gutenberg.

My custom wp theme and functions crashed when it updated to the (back then) new Gutenberg editor.

So do a Full backup and test

Ok, that's super scary actually....but thanks for letting me know.

Will definitely do a full backup before I make the switch...if I even dare to do it.
